Last Friday Cobnor Activities Centre received a visit from Sport England who awarded us £50,000 as part of their Inspired Facilities Olympic Legacy fund.
Sport England’s Chairman, Richard Lewis, handed over the cheque to Centre Manager Mark Murray-Brown (pictured left) who is going to put the fund towards a new safety boat.

Cobnor Activities Centre was thrilled to see around 200 people visit this past weekend to join in the festive fun at Christmas Arts & Crafts at Cobnor, organised in collaboration with Chichester Creative Network.
The boat rides with Father Christmas and the Cobnor Elves on the Cobnor Chairboat proved very popular. Twells’ Traditional sausages, Kate’s homemade soup and Gill’s homemade cakes were a hit too!

Cobnor Activities Centre would like to welcome a new Chairman; Quintin Macmorland has now taken over from Barry Colegate.
