Cobnor Activities Centre is ready to begin the 2013 season off with a fresh start – a brand new kitchen as well as a new Head of Centre! The kitchen was refurbished in March-April, 2013, in order to provide us with first-class catering equipment for our residential facilities.
The Centre’s cook, Jackie, used the sparkling new equipment for the first time a few weeks back and was left with a smile on her face all day long. Fresh food was produced in quantity, with perfect results, so that the children fromShoreham Beach Primary school were able to enjoy piping hot, healthy and nutritious food when taking a break from their programme of outdoor activities. What’s more, the food was cooked in a fraction of the time it would have taken with our previous kitchen.
Jackie’s looking forward to experimenting with new recipes, so that everyone staying in Cobnor Activities Centre’s Log Cabin this summer will have the opportunity to sample our new and improved culinary delights. We want to make sure that your time at Cobnor is remembered for the whole experience, from the range of outdoor activities on offer and the expertise of our activities instructors to the quality of our residential and educational facilities.
