Cobnor Activities Centre was pleased to see the story in last week’s Chichester Observer, which told of Chichester’s 13-year-old Jamie Cole, who has been called up as a reserve to the England junior squad for a European archery event.
Jamie recently scored 1,266 points in Horsham, winning him the county under-18 champion’s title. Before that he set a new Sussex record score of 1,274, winning the under-14 class and under-18…

Last Friday Cobnor Activities Centre held a launch event to present its new residential and educational facilities to teachers and youth leaders from local organisations.
The major £1million building and refurbishment project has not only seen two fully refurbished residential buildings and a brand new state- of-the-art building but also a large classroom, equipped with the latest data communications.

On Saturday 30th May, 2009, I attended an excellent local festival and had a brilliant time, to say the very least. Cobstock, held at Cobnor Activities Centre, near Chichester, West Sussex, was a charity event that helped to raise money for the Centre and was kindly arranged by two locals (including mum of the Centre’s own Robin and Lois O’Connel).
