We wish to recruit several Seasonal Activities Instructors to lead the centres daily activity delivery. It is imperative that all our activity instructors ensure that all sessions are safe and delivered to a high and professional standard. The successful candidates will enjoy both working as part of a team and be proactive working to your own initiative.
Candidate will ideally already hold at least 1 or a range of the below NGB qualifications.
· British Canoeing Level 1coach
· RYA Dinghy Instructor
· Archery (GNAS)
· Climbing (CWA or equivalent)
Additional qualifications and experience in Low Ropes, Mountain Biking and team challenges are beneficial to the role.

Want to work outside this summer in beautiful Chichester Harbour? We are offering opportunities for Casual Activity Instructors the opportunities to work flexibility around you. You will be working within a friendly and fun team; we offer a competitive salary as well as training opportunities for the right candidates. This role is great for those that already are keen sailors or climber or paddlers or for those that are wishing to start out in the industry.
Interested? We will be holding a free Activity Training Week during the Easter Holidays Monday 11th – Friday 15th April 2022 (0930 to 1600). A packed lunch will be provided each day.
The training and induction week will offer the opportunity for both qualified and non-qualified people to be trained and inducted for the upcoming summer season working at CACT. There is no formal interview for casual staff, just an opportunity to meet a professional team of like-minded people. Over the training week, you will have the opportunity to trained and assessed to deliver our site-specific activities, to include low ropes, problem solving, Aeroball and Orienteering.
