I was also a Wholetime Firefighter in Hampshire for 33 years until my retirement in 2020. I enjoy being part of a community that is dedicated to creating a meaningful and impactful experience for young people and adults. I hold the following outdoor qualifications: PaddleUK Coach, Archery GB Instructor, British Schools Cycling Association Leader, DofE Award Assessor, RYA Powerboat and Safety boat and Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid. At Cobnor I try my hand at all disciplines so you will find me on the land or the water but always with a smile on my face. I just love being outdoors! When I am not at work you will find me walking my dog “Barney”, driving “Margot” the 1977 VW Camper or buzzing around the garden looking after my beehives.

I’m Finn, an apprentice who’s quickly found a love for life outdoors. I’m building my skills across kayaking, climbing, and sailing, and I really enjoy seeing how these activities help people step outside their comfort zones. Being part of someone’s first successful climb or paddle is what motivates me most, and I’m looking forward to helping participants grow in confidence while having a great time outside.
