Cobnor Activities Centre Trust is an independent charity based in Chichester Harbour, a National Landscape. We are always excited to welcome new members to work at Cobnor, from volunteers to instructors, and work experience to apprenticeships.
Our purpose is to provide high quality outdoor experiences to make life better for everyone – and in particular for young people – both on and off the water.
Here at Cobnor Activities Centre Trust we believe in creating a positive, friendly and inclusive working environment that everyone can thrive in.
We also provide opportunities for staff to participate in further training courses and gain new qualifications.
On top of all of this, we are located at Chichester Harbour, one of 46 National Landscapes, with a beautiful coastline under the backdrop of The South Downs.

£20,800 - £25,396.80 pa based on qualifications, and experience
40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
