Education Development Manager 

We require a highly motivated and innovative leader from March 2023 (or soon after) to manage and develop our diverse customer portfolio of educational and youth organisations. You will be a key player in a friendly working environment, based in an unparalleled location on the shores of Chichester Harbour. You will devise broad, balanced and engaging programmes to attract new customers, whilst maintaining our loyal customer base.  You will promote our outdoor activities and courses to a wider audience of both educational establishments and families across West Sussex, Hampshire and our neighbouring counties.  

This is a permanent, full-time contract, subject to satisfactory references, an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring service check and a 6-month probationary period.   

Salary range: £27,000 to £30,680 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. Benefits include a starting holiday allowance of 28 days (including bank holidays) employer pension contributions, uniform and free onsite parking.
