RYA Dinghy Instructor Pre-Entry Sailing Assessment

The RYA Pre-entry assessment is designed for aspiring RYA Dinghy Instructors and must be completed before enrolling in the full RYA Dinghy Instructor Course. This assessment ensures that participants have the necessary personal sailing abilities. During the assessment, you will set sail around a triangular course, navigate a tight circle around a stationary boat, follow a “follow my leader” course and execute a man overboard rescue.
