Your day begins with a light breakfast on arrival, giving guests the opportunity to settle in and enjoy the surroundings before meeting our experienced sailing instructors.
Following a safety briefing, teams will be introduced to our fleet of Hawk 20 keelboats. No previous sailing experience is required. Our instructors will guide participants through the fundamentals of sailing, helping everyone build confidence and develop their skills on the water throughout the morning session.
After a relaxed buffet lunch where your team can unwind and share experiences we head back onto the water for an exciting afternoon regatta.
Afternoon Regatta Racing
As the competitive spirit builds, crews will work together to navigate courses, make tactical decisions and compete against fellow teams in a series of friendly races.

With support from our instructors and race team, the experience is engaging for both complete beginners and those with previous sailing experience.
Following the final race, guests return ashore to celebrate the day’s achievements with a delicious BBQ.
The event concludes with a prize-giving ceremony, recognising standout performances and crowning the regatta champions. It’s the perfect ending to a memorable day of teamwork, competition, and shared success.

In the event of bad weather, our activities team can amend the activities schedule to still provide appropriate activities for your team.
If we are unable to run the activities, then we can rearrange the booking for another date.
Absolutely, our Martin Beales and Jubilee buildings are perfectly suited for holding team meetings. Before or after your meeting, your team can take part in our variety of activities.
Cancellation charges are payable as follows:
60 days or more before the course: 30% of the total cost
42-59 days before the course: 40% of the total cost
22-41 days before the course: 70% of the total cost
21 days or less before the course: 100% of the total cost
