For many of the children who come on a residential trip to Cobnor, it is the first time that they have stayed away from home. We see it as our duty to ensure that they have a positive, fun and safe experience. We hope that they will end the week with enhanced confidence and improved self esteem.
Schools will have their own accommodation building or camping facilities and will not share the accommodation area with other schools. We are situated in a rural private property area, accessed at the end of a private drive.

Our professional kitchen provides fresh, tasty & nutritious meals, cooked from scratch on site for a healthy, active lifestyle Special dietary requirements catered for Top 5 Rating from Food Standards Agency. Please see the Sample Menu Download. We require all dietary information to be with us 2 weeks before your group arrives to us.

A popular outcome is for students to have the opportunity to work towards their sailing RYA Youth Stage 1 during their Monday-Friday residential.
Our Out of the Classroom Team Building Days for Schools encourage group work that helps improve communication, creativity, teamwork, and determination skills. If your school can’t come to us, we can come to you!
Our qualified instructors can offer activities such as archery, low ropes, problem solving and initiative exercises, but we can design a program to best suit your learning outcomes.
