Our staff will guide you through every step of your visit, supporting the planning and booking stages, as well as your on site visit to the centre. Groups will be greeted at the beginning and end of every day by a senior member of the activity team assigned to you for the duration of your stay.

Our admin team will work closely with both you and the activity team to ensure that you have a memorable experience. They are on hand throughout the day, to ensure your booking goes smoothly from start to finish.

FAQs

Can we join the activities?

We expect one teacher to accompany each group and to be joining each activity when they are within the ration of one to twelve

WI-FI is available at Cobnor but due to our remote location, the WI-FI cannot be relied upon to download large amounts of data.

Evening sessions between 7:00pm and 8:30pm are charged at an additional cost, due to staffing. You are very welcome to lead local walks, make use of our DVD player, campfire and sports equipment. We advise this is done in advance when other schools are booked in for a residential visit.

We provide wetsuits for the water-based activities and can provide waterproof trousers and tops, but we recommend you bring your own if you have them. If there is thunder and lightning outdoor activities will be curtailed for safety reasons.
