    Are you an experienced outdoor instructor looking for your next adventure?

    As Cobnor celebrates 30 years of inspiring young people through outdoor learning and adventure, we’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and professional instructors to join our team for the 2026 season.

    Based on the stunning waters of Chichester Harbour, you’ll deliver a wide range of activities including sailing, paddlesports, climbing, bushcraft and environmental education to schools, youth groups and residential visitors.

    Essential Requirements

    ✅ RYA Senior Instructor or Paddle UK Paddlesport Leader

    ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an outdoor activity centre

    ✅ Excellent leadership, communication and group management skills

    ✅ Passion for delivering safe, engaging and inclusive experiences

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Delivering high-quality activity sessions both on and off the water
    • Leading and supervising groups of children and young people
    • Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
    • Supporting the wider instructional team
    • Creating memorable experiences that build confidence, resilience and a love of the outdoors
