• £160.00 for a full day - 09:00-16:30 
• £85.00 for half a day - 09:00-12:00 or 13:00-16:30 
• Seats up to 50 people
• A 42inch television is provided for presentations and films, suitable for small groups
• WIFI 
• Tea/Coffee facilities & small fridge 
• Corporate Lunches can be provided on request 

Jubilee Building Meeting Room 

• £85.00 for half day 
• £100.00 for a full day 
• Seats up to 20 people 
• A television is provided for presentations and films 
• WIFI 
• Harbourside water views
